Rest. Reset. renew.
Join my friend, Andrea Laughlin, and me at our expertly crafted event, Resilience Through Restoration. This immersive mini-retreat was designed with busy, on-the-go women in mind who are ready to step out of stress mode and into sustainable energy. By combining approachable science with hands-on practices, we will help you understand how stress affects your hormones, sleep, immune system, and overall health. Then, we’ll show you how to reset it. Through guided breathwork, an immersive sound bath, and simple yet powerful sleep tools, you will not just learn about nervous system regulation; you will truly feel it. Our goal is for you to leave calmer, clearer, and equipped with a simplified plan for morning grounding, midday resets, and evening wind-down rituals that fit into real life. This is your invitation to pause, be supported, and invest in your well-being in a way that creates meaningful, lasting change. Come rest, reset, and renew with us. You’ll walk away with resilience that truly lasts. Guests will enjoy light, nutritious snacks and receive their own beautifully designed journal for note taking, setting intentions, and capturing insights that support their inner calm long after the event ends.
A gentle pause from the pace of everyday life. This mini retreat is designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and return to yourself—through guided experiences, restorative space, and time to simply be.

She believes that every woman deserves to feel seen, heard, and supported through these life-changing transitions. With a focus on personalized care, Dr. Wallace takes a whole-person approach to healing, recognizing that true wellness comes from addressing both physical symptoms and emotional well-being.Wandr Wellness was created by Andrea Laughlin to offer space—intentional, beautiful space—in a world that rarely slows down.
After years immersed in the wellness and fitness space, I’ve seen how powerful structure, movement, and consistency can be. But I’ve also learned that true well-being requires something quieter: moments of presence, reflection, and connection that can’t be scheduled or optimized.
Wandr exists to bridge that gap. Through thoughtfully curated experiences rooted in nature, it invites people to step outside the noise and reconnect with what feels essential. The purpose is simple yet meaningful—to create moments that feel grounding, restorative, and quietly transformative.
Wandr is about wandering with intention. Choosing awareness, stillness, and connection in a modern life that often pulls us away from them.
“I created Wandr Wellness to share that experience. Each gathering is intentionally designed to feel refined yet relaxed, thoughtful yet unforced. There is no pressure to perform or arrive as anything other than you are. Just an invitation to step outside, slow down, and be present”
